Designer Anja Kjær created this unique glassware range for the Silver Wedding of the Danish Queen and Prince Consort in 1992. The glasses were produced by Holmegaard as a gift from Copenhagen’s Municipal Council.
Anja Kjær found inspiration for the range in old Venetian glassware and manufacturing methods. Great skill is required to mouth-blow these somewhat grandiose and exclusive glasses, which Holmegaard is now launching under the name of Regina.
